Hotel policies

This property has the following check-in and check-out times and policies:

• Arrival: 15:00
• Departure: 12:00
• Late check-out time: 16:00
• Late check-out charges: $500.00
• Late check-out (after 12:00 and before 16:00) may be subject to an additional charge.
• Property and cancellation policies:
• Guarantee Policy: A credit card is required to guarantee the reservation through any SALES CHANNEL or payment of at least 30% of the stay or the value of the 1st night if it is Direct or Prior Reservation, varies policy for High season. Accepted Credit Cards: MasterCard, Visa Change / Cancellation Policy: Low season. 3 days before the guest's arrival, otherwise a NO SHOW charge corresponding to 1 night of the total number of rooms reserved will apply. High season. 15 days before the guest's arrival, otherwise a NO SHOW charge corresponding to 1 night of the total number of rooms reserved will apply. Early departures will NOT apply a refund. In case of early departure, the total amount of the reservation will be charged. NO SHOW Policy: In case of NO SHOW, one night's stay will be charged. For reservations with occupancy of 2 or more people, 50% of the total amount of the stay will be charged. Extra Person Policy: An additional person charge will be applied depending on the season, ranging from 15 to 22usd per extra person in the room. Minor Policy: Children up to 10 years old are considered minors. A maximum of 2 children under 10 years old may share the room with 2 adults at no cost.



Payment for Environmental Sanitation in the amount of $33.00 Mexican pesos will be requested according to the Municipal Tax published on February 1, 2024, upon arrival at the Property, which must be paid in cash and correspond to the room per night. In case of an update of the cost, the Public will be informed.
